ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Analyze supply needs and order inventory, report equipment outages and breakdowns, and other problems to supervisory personnel.
Monitor assigned jobs and supervise maintenance workers.
Ability to perform maintenance and repair functions in the following areas:
painting, electrical repair, plumbing repair and drain cleaning.
Preform general grounds keeping tasks such as mowing, trimming and snow removal.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 21 years of age.
Minimum one (1) year job experience in maintenance.
A valid Missouri or Illinois Class D Driver's License is required.
