Job duties will include creating and analyzing Excel reports continuously throughout the day, monitoring of inbound claims through both email and database reporting.
Inputting claims into our claims system and supporting our Regional Claim's Reps as needed.
Candidates should be self-motivated, multi-tasker, organized, able to prioritize work, resourceful, possess clear verbal and written professional communication skills and have the ability to problem solve and make decisions independently.
Responsibilities Assign, coordinate and prioritize claims Use Microsoft Excel to process and create reports Assist Regional Claim Representatives with miscellaneous duties as they arise Other duties as assigned by manager as needs arise Maintain a high level of customer service Attention to detail and accuracy are a must Qualifications Previous Automotive, Auto body, or claims experience required High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to work full time Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Just be authorized to work in the United States Accurate keyboarding skills and ability to enter and analyze data at a fast speed The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
The starting base pay is expected to be between $19.
