- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals.
- Utilize company systems and software to access customer information, track interactions, and provide accurate information.
Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical sales or related industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and retrieval.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
