Our client is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for their manufacturing facility near Saint Louis, MO.

Key
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Mentor a team of electrical engineers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
Project Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute electrical engineering projects, adhering to budget, timeline, and quality requirements.
Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of electrical systems and components.
Technical Expertise:
Provide expert guidance on electrical engineering principles, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Review and approve technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all electrical engineering activities adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks associated with electrical systems.
Resource Allocation:
Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster strong communication channels with internal stakeholders, including production, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and contractors as necessary to support project objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement within the electrical engineering department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
6 years of experience in electrical engineering within the manufacturing sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proficient in Software/Tools relevant to Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical design.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
