Job Description:
Scheduling Assistant Under the supervision of the Regional Manager the Scheduling Assistant works closely with Scheduling Coordinator to create schedules for both Home Care Aides and Clients to make the matching, clients plan of care, work closely with all contracts and insurance providers, and rotate with the after-hours phone.
-Greeting clients, field staff and public in a professional and friendly manner - Strong Communication Skills - Detail Oriented, able to strict to confidentiality guidelines out an application online.
You can also -Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness apply online through our Facebook -Set schedules with clients and Home Care Aides to meet plan of through the QR Code below:
care - Record daily participant and employee notes with HHA database - Have effective communication between insurance agencies as well as the state -Maintain regular Punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, at least 2 years of experience in a structured senior activity program or geriatric population preferred.
Proficiency in related Computer Software, NAPIS, Excel, Work Ability to organize, pay close attention to detail and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in an office/clerical type setting Ability to lift 50lbs.
