We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking for a friendly but high paced work environment.
Experience is appreciated, but all the skills needed for a career in dental assisting can be taught.
We are open to hiring applicants with the right personality and work ethic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing operatory rooms for procedures quickly and accurately Sterilizing instruments and disinfecting rooms Assisting the dentist through four handed dentistry Providing a pleasant atmosphere for patients before, during, and after treatment Accurately documenting treatment procedures, diagnosis, and conversation in electronic chart notes Learning new tasks, techniques, and procedures as they are incorporated into patient care Exposing radiographs and intraoral photos Making impressions and temporary prosthesis Laboratory tasks as needed Skills desired:
Familiarity with computers Organization Communication Previous experience or training in dental assisting Previous experience or training exposing radiographs Knowledge of dental terminology Knowledge of infection control protocols Skills required:
