Apply your hands-on management, marketing, organization and customer service skills to help market and manage our apartments and other properties.
Key roles include marketing unit vacancies to prospective tenants, day-to-day management of properties including tenant communication, leasing, payment and other data processing; and also working professionally with vendors and maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities Proactively market owner's properties; utilize and understand industry standard marketing sites such as Apartments.
com, Zillow, Facebook; use marketing tools within the management software; maintain website; other advertising methods as needed Provide excellent customer followup to vacancy inquiries from prospective tenants by phone, email, social media and in person Respond to prospective tenant inquiries; review tenant applications and background checks Meet with tenants to show vacant units, process and review leases, assign keys and provide other information to new tenants Provide excellent customer service to current tenants and outside venders to successfully resolve maintenance issues, questions, payments concerns and other issues as they arise Understand the property management processes and be able to convey information to tenants, owners, maintenance staff, outside vendors and others with a high standard of professionalism Be a high level user to understand and maintain data in the property management software; update and maintain accurate tenant and property information, manage payment input and basic accounting; run reports; use tenant communication tools; and other tasks as appropriate.
Organize and manage the office; assist owner with general administrative duties and other tasks as needed.
Skills Prior experience in property management, leasing and customer service is preferred Robust knowledge of computers, software and technology including MS Office, Google etc is required Experience in property management software is a plus Problem solving and the ability to analyze and prioritize information Ability to remain calm under pressure Self-motivated with ability to manage time and responsibilities independently Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime Able to work collaboratively with others as well as independently Ability to exercise good judgment and professional ethics
