is seeking a Plumbing Inside Sales Representative who will contribute to the success of our Belleville team.
Since 1946, Capitol Group, Inc.
has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products with sales and distribution centers in Illinois and Missouri.
The plumbing inside sales representative is primarily responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by assisting counter and telephone customers with product selection and purchases.
Plumbing Inside Sales Representative Essential Duties and Responsibilities o Meets and greets all customers with service, knowledge, and respect.
o Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing customer follow.
o Sells and promotes product lines of stock and alternative suggestions for those that request other products, successfully moves customer to in stock products.
Plumbing Inside Sales Representative Education, Licensure, and Experience Working knowledge of plumbing and PVF.
High school diploma or GED.
Associate degree, preferred.
Inside sales, pricing/quotations, and customer service experience.
Wholesale distributing experience.
Basic use of a computer and other workplace electronic devices.
