About the Position Family Hospice has an opening for an experienced Licensed Social Worker (preferably LCSW) inspired to join our dedicated family.
A successful candidate will be a compassionate communicator, a team player able to work independently and closely collaborate with our team members.
This Fulltime position requires travel to patient homes (private residence, assisted livings, nursing homes) sometimes meeting with patients and families in the evening.
There are many opportunities to advocate and provide support in our communities.
We cover St.
Clair, Madison, Monroe, Clinton, Washington and Randolph counties.
We offer competitive compensation including salary, mileage and benefits.
As travel is necessary for the position, the individual selected is expected to possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
The physical demands of the position are typically those of a standard office environment, but also include working from non-office locations.
