Upscale, St. Louis, Illinois Private Group, Looking for a Dentist to Take Over Outstanding Practice


Practice:
-Practice has been established for 5
years with a healthy and growing patient panel
-100% FFS and PPO patient population
-General, cosmetic, bridge, crown, veneers, and more available - will accommodate for someone trained in Implants
-5 operatories, 2 front desk, 2 hygienist, 1 assistant, and a state-of-the-art facility
-Current provider averages 10-18 operative patients a day, with 5-10 new patients a week
-Average 75% Operative and 25% Hygiene, but this can fluctuate per abilities and desire
-Clinic is set up for fillings, crown and bridge, extractions, molar endo, Invisalign, and implants
-4 Day work week, Monday - Thursday
Offering:
-$125 an hour, 90 days or once exceed guarantee with production
-35% of adjusted production, 50% lab fee
-Health benefits, dental, vision, cover CE's, and time off when you want it
-Ownership and or partnership is available if desired
-Mentorship is available if desired
Location:
-St. Louis, Southeast of downtown
-Multiple public schools, private schools, and universities in the area
-Easy access to international airport, and all amenities
-MLB, NHL, MLS, and College sports all around
-Will have a lot of communities and living options in this area

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
