We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes.
This is a part-time position - 2 days per week!
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain office supplies and inventory - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Assist with office management duties, including organizing files and maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Handle confidential information with discretion - Assist with special projects as assigned.
Assist with tracking fundraiser and donors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative skills in a professional setting.
