Payroll Coordinator Responsibilities


The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for carrying out facility payroll in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws.


Payroll Coordinator Requirements


  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in skilled nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
  • Minimum of one years' previous healthcare payroll experience highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven experience and demonstrated capability as a payroll specialist required.
  • Strong personal organization and time management ability with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and payroll application systems.

Strong understanding of payroll accounting and payroll best practices

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
