Client Services Coordinator/ Case Manager

Immediate opening for a Client Services Coordinator/ Case Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gathering information from prospective clients and referral sources seeking our services
Scheduling and conducting extensive in home assessments with clients and/or their family
in order to determine the appropriate type and extent of services available and needed
Ability to clearly explain our services, rates and applicable insurance coverage
Manage the expectations and delivery of our services for as long as the client requires our services
Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and reports
Handle the On Call phone in rotation during evenings and weekends
Develop an understanding of our Scheduling process as it applies to the On Call phone rotation
You will be working in a very fast paced environment that provides non-medical services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Personality traits and skills sets needed to be successful in this role include, but are not limited to:
Critical thinking and organizational skills
Outgoing personality while professionally representing the company in public
Compassion for seniors and those requiring our services
Health care experience a major plus
Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully
Competency working with computers
Administrative and office duties
Willingness to travel within Madison, St. Clair and Monroe Counties
Some evening and weekend hours required to handle client emergencies
Ability to work independently as well as follow directions as required
This is a salaried position that will qualify for weekly and quarterly bonuses as well as Paid Time Off after a 90 day probation period. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
